The Landlord Portal started where most good tools do: with frustration. After years of managing rentals through spreadsheets, sticky notes and folders of paper certificates, it became clear that the tools available didn't fit how landlords actually work. So we built the one we wanted to use.

David has worked as a sales and letting agent for 25 years and is a director of Stewarts Estates, a sales and lettings agency in Bournemouth. He brings the landlord and agency side to The Landlord Portal.
Founder and Technical Director
Gordon is a software engineer and developer with 30 years of experience building business software. He leads the design and development of The Landlord Portal.
